Reception - RNLI visit

Class: Reception Year: 2023 - 2024

Today we met Mike! He is a volunteer for the RNLI, (Royal National Lifeboat Institution).

He came today to teach us about water safety and help us learn the four key water safety messges which are:

Stop and Think, Stay Together, Float to live, Call 999/112

We talked alot about how much fun the water is but equally how dangerous it can be.

We watched some videos of lieboat rescues, dressed up in crew uniforms and lifeguards, and everyone practised their star floats!
