Class 3 Reading Week Activities

Class: Year 1 Year: 2019 - 2020

This week we have done lots of activities to celebrate Reading Week in school. The library service came and did a visit with us. We also enjoyed doing Reading Buddies with Class 8. We loved sharing our stories with them! Class 3 and 4 invited their parents in to read with us in the hall. We were also joined by Class 10. It was so much fun reading the different books together; listening to each other read, lounging about on the comfy mats and cushions and reading to teddies. Our week finished with our World Book Day, where we all dressed up as a character from a book. It has been a wonderful week and we all (teachers included!) have really loved it!
