Class 3 Rainbow day

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 1 Year: 2020 - 2021

Today was Rainbow Day in school. We came dressed in bright colours and completed lots of different well-being activities and learned about mental health.

We read The Colour Monster and completed an activity where we had to fill jars with drawings of things that we associated with each emotion. We also thought about things that made us happy.

We did some emoji code breaking and did some relaxing meditation listening to a story about a dragon who had to learn to deal with his emotions. 

In the afternoon we designed a St Paul's Well-being Mascot with a monster theme. 

We had a fantastic day!
