Class 3 & 4 Freddy Fit

Today we have had a visit from Freddy Fit. We always enjoy when Freddy Fit comes into school! Today we started with our warm up and then tried hula hooping with 2 hoops! It was very tricky but the more we tried, the better we became. We then has to work as a team to bounce a ball around the group. We stood in a big circle with Freddy in the middle. We had to take it in turn to bounce-pass the ball to him and sit down as fast as we could. He then passed the ball to the next person. They had to do the same. We timed how long it took us to go round the whole class. The first time took us 2 minutes and 14 seconds but the second time we were much quicker at just 1 minute 58 seconds. We then did cool down stretches.
